Springer Auction & Realty is a family business. Larry's children and grandchildren play a vital roles in supporting the service; from answering emails, research, organizing items in advance of a sale, promotions, day-of-sale services, and even selling. Larry's grandson, Sammy, has learned to the art of auctioneering from years of shadowing Larry. For now, Sammy can assist and sell at donation/charity auctions. He plans to earn his auctioneer license when he turns 18.
